1-2-1 PT session
Personalised one to one sessions to ensure you achieve your specific goals. Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain confidence, increase muscle mass, tone up or improve your fitness levels, a tailored one to one session can help you achieve this.
5 x 60 min PT sessions £375 (£75 ph)
1-2-2 PT session
Paired/Couple Sessions – Perfect for Couples, Colleagues and Friends. A great way to encourage and motivate each other. Sessions can be adapted to ensure that people with differing fitness levels are still getting the most out of the sessions.
Group Training / Corporate Days
Tailored sessions for team events and corporate days. Weather you are looking to try out Kickboxing, Self defence or circuit training we have something for everyone.

PRE & POST NATAL
This is all about connecting with your body during pregnancy and after birth. We will work from the inside out activating your core and pelvic floor to maintain and restore function and strength using breathing, movement and resistance. Exercises are chosen to address posture, function and strength so the intensity is dependent on where you are at in your pregnancy or recovery. We ensure to cover exercises that are going to maintain or restore your body for daily function so you can move more freely and become more active.
